$1000 1st shift sign on bonus.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This is a foundry type position.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
PRIMARY DUTIES
Monitor machines to ensure all settings are correct and report any deviations.
Keep all paperwork updated with accurate information.
Complete any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Look for ways to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
Follow preventative maintenance steps and report any equipment problems right away.
EHS REQUIREMENTS:
Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the Company’s goals.
Lifting guidelines in accordance with the Manual Lifting Guidelines noted in the Safety Handbook.
Follow all environmental requirements consistently with supporting the company’s environmental performance
goals.
Complete, and actively participate in all other EHS training requirements
POSITION & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Hot working conditions – foundry environment – workspace is not temperature controlled – very warm in summer and comfortable in the winter
Interested candidates must be:
• at least 18 years of age
• able to read, write, speak and understand English at a high school level.
• able to lift at least 35 pounds, unassisted
• able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items, manual dexterity, and coordination to operate equipment
• dependable and reliable to handle equipment safely with a minimum amount of supervision.
• Adhere to unique PPE requirements
